Statewide Homes definitely surprised me with how easy the process was and how amazing our house turned out. Deciding to do extensive construction to a house is something that is risky and, as a homeowner, nerve-wracking. We didn't know much of how this whole process works going into this. The team, however, was so accommodating and answered every single question we had. We probably would have been so over our heads without them!

I'm totally the type of person who has a million questions 24/7. Martin and Bruce both were so understanding of my anxieties and exceeded every expectation. Definitely recommended for anyone who's looking for not only a beautiful house, but a helpful staff.

Well, I have come a long way since we first started this process. There are no words that can express my gratitude to both of you for your guidance and assistance. I never thought I would be where I am today after the tragedy of the storm. But here I sit, by the grace of God and all those who have been kind to me, and soon I will be moving into a new home. The final inspection should be this Friday. I have spoken with Dora and I am gathering the necessary documents to begin the mortgage process. The home, my home, is beyond beautiful! I can only thank you for that – for without your assistance – I would have walked away from it all. It has been a difficult journey but there is always someone worse off and I have tried to assist others that are less fortunate….paying it forward in a sense. I pray that both of you, your families and your New Century Bank team/Statewide Modular team are blessed with much health and love in the coming year.

Our dream home started out as a simple sketch on a piece of graph paper. We handed that paper to you, and your team just made it happen, seamlessly. Choosing a custom home builder is one of the most difficult decisions you can make. We do our best homework, sift through reviews, and try everything we can to make the most informed decision possible.

In an industry where one small mistake can cause a terrible review- like the cold fries you were served at that 5 star restaurant, its difficult to see whats real and whats not. Everything can be absolutely perfect, until that one piece of tile looks slightly slanted through a magnifying glass, and suddenly your builder is your number one enemy!

Luckily for me, I have the knowledge and experience to sift through the noise, and was able to choose the most qualified builder to create the most unimaginable home for me and my family. Statewide builds quality homes, PERIOD. I consider myself an perfectionist and with perfection comes lots of back and forth and even more changes. Statewide patiently worked with me and my family to ensure our checklist was complete. The process was enjoyable and the team made it easy for me to check off everything we could have wanted on the list. Unlike other builders, Statewide doesn't cut corners and built our home like it was their very own. The attention to detail and true dedication with their team, allowed us to smoothly complete our home within a very reasonable amount of time. These guys are true professionals, and making us happy was their number one priority.

Most people finish building there home and never speak of their builder again. For our family, we made life long friends. The relationship that was built during this process is unforgettable and the guys from Statewide changed our lives forever. We look forward to years spent together in our new beautiful home. I’ve been working with Statewide on behalf of my son, whose house was destroyed in Superstorm Sandy. I cannot say enough about their help and understanding through this whole process. It’s taken some time, but everyone involved at Statewide has made this devastating experience bearable. There were delays and obstacles not only on the township’s side, but also on our side. Statewide worked with us throughout all of the ups and downs. They always had time to speak with me, even when I just stopped in to talk it all out. Bruce always was optimistic and gave me some really good advice. Ron, our salesman, was always available to listen to me. I can’t say enough about Robin and Jennifer. Robin’s knowledge is abundant in dealing with the townships, and Jennifer was always great at getting the scheduling down and making sure I knew what was going on. They went above and beyond to get everything completed. Martin, Sean, Brian, and everyone else involved in the building process, met with me when needed and were always helpful. Needless to say, our experience with Statewide was a very good one. My heartfelt thanks to everyone at Statewide Modular. I would definitely recommend Statewide to anyone who is thinking about building a modular home.
